A weekend you won’t want to miss, filled with unique events and entertainment all weekend long! Set on 25 acres of land plus 6 acres of bush for the nature lover in you, Camp 4 Compassion Fest 2009 is located 5 km West of Wheatley Ontario. Family memories will be created this weekend. Come out for the day and enjoy our many free activities & events or stay and camp the weekend for a small fee.
The Board of Directors of Better World Today Association is excited about the upcoming Camp 4 Compassion 2009, to be held July 24, 25 & 26, 2009. Camp 4 Compassion is an opportunity for us to deliver a unique, powerful and enjoyable weekend camping event. Families that are affected by the Blood Cancers Leukemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma and that need bone marrow will bond together and will be able to share their experiences. More children under the age of 20, die from leukemia than any other cancer.
The general public will have an opportunity to bond with their family and friends as well. We believe that giving people the chance to enjoy time together in a relaxing and entertaining environment, while at the same time delivering an educational message about blood cancer and the Bone Marrow Registry will pay immense dividends in the future. This weekend will show why it’s so important to become a donor. Come see what the power of people coming together in Essex County is building. It’s amazing what the Community can build. Camp 4 Compassion Fest 2009 is going to be a World Class weekend event! You won’t want to miss it, come out for the day or register for your camp site today!
People movers will also be available at our Camp4Compassion property.

Bring your lawn chairs.
Coming out, helps us bring awareness to the Bone Marrow Registry World-wide.All forms of media are welcomed.
Keep checking back for added events and performances!

Travelling Dukes Museum (Saturday 12-5pm) Paul Harrington from Ruscom Station, Ontario, Canada has been a Dukes fan since 1979. In 2006 he starred in a TV Show called “FANatical”, where he was pegged as “Canada's Biggest Dukes of Hazzard Fan”. He was also an extra in the remake of the Dukes of Hazzard TV show in 2005.
Now, he hosts a large car show, the Travelling Canadian Dukes Museum, in support of cancer which features the General Lee, dozens of real props from the TV show, and a 2005 remake of the Dukes. Check out his website at www.CanadianDukes.com
Inside the museum, fans of all ages will see Waylon Jennings’s worn denim vest, Jerry Rushing's worn overalls, donated right from Jerry—and of course a pair of Catherine Bach's Daisy Dukes shorts.
Plus, see the Wall of Fame, where some of the most famous TV and movie stars have left their mark. Stars from “The Dukes of Hazzard”, “Leave it to Beaver”, “Grizzly Adams”, “Happy Days”, “Three’s Company”, “Star Trek”, “The A-Team”, “Buck Rogers in the 25th Century”, “The Monkees”, “CHiPs”, “Married with Children”, “Mad Max”, “Star Wars”, “Tango & Cash”, “Superman”, “Batman”, “Friday the 13th”, :Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory”, and so many more!
So come out and see The Travelling Canadian Dukes Museum on Saturday!
